Ore Oduba watched every single episode of 'SAS: Who Dares Wins' before appearing on the show. The 35-year-old presenter - who stars in the current celebrity series of the Channel 4 programme - decided to make the most of his week of mandatory pre-show quarantine due to the COVID-19 pandemic and ensured he was "as prepared" as possible once filming commenced.

He said: “We had to go into quarantine for a week beforehand because of COVID so I watched every single episode, both celeb and civilian. "I wanted to know everything and took notes!
