Objects have tonight been thrown at police as they disperse crowds at an illegal music gathering in Notting Hill.It comes 24 hours after shocking scenes of violence erupted at a street party in Brixton leaving more than 20 officers injured.

The event tonight is being held near Colville Gardens and officers have warned "violence will not be tolerated".Kensington and Chelsea Police tweeted: "Officers are at the scene of an unlicensed music event near Colville Gardens, #W11."Objects have been thrown at officers dispersing the crowd."Violence will not be tolerated & units are responding appropriately.

This gathering is illegal & we ask anyone in attendance to leave."Riots vans have also lined the streets following a party in Streatham Common,.
