The First Minister has already eased the restrictions on Scots meeting up outdoors but strict travel restrictions remain in place.The SNP leader said yesterday there had been a "slight increase" in covid cases across Scotland last week as she urged people not to become complacent when it comes to lockdown rules.But she welcomed "significant evidence" which proved the success of the on-going vaccination.
