Nicola Sturgeon for mentioning Rangers and Ayr United while condemning angry protests at Celtic Park. The First Minister spoke out on the furious scenes which erupted following the Hoops' shock Betfred Cup defeat to Ross County.She branded the incident "pretty despicable" and insists it won't be tolerated from supporters of any club.
Sturgeon said: "I don't care if you're a Celtic fan, a Rangers fan, an Ayr United fan or no fan of football at all. "Anybody who attacks police officers is doing wrong and that is pretty despicable."I would say that across the board regardless of football or any other sporting affiliation."
