It had been hoped fans would return to stadiums and venues gradually from October 1, but the new restrictions could last for up to six months.
The fixture takes its name from the bet365 Cambridgeshire Heritage Handicap, the big betting handicap on Saturday. There are also two Group 1 races including the Juddmonte Cheveley Park Stakes and the Juddmonte Middle Park Stakes.
