When the UK was first plunged into a state of lockdown, all of the major supermarkets saw their shelves stripped bare, as shoppers rushed to stockpile items.
Flour, toilet roll and pasta were nowhere to be seen, leaving many people unable to get the essentials they needed. As a result, the likes of Asda, Aldi, Tesco, Morrisons and Sainsbury's all introduced strict limits on how many items shoppers could put in their baskets.
Now things have settled a little, and product levels seem to be back to normal (or at least as normal as they can be in the current climate).
