lisboeta.co.ukChef Adriana Cavita had a residency at the Dorchester Rooftop pop-up in summer 2021 and her first solo restaurant, due in Marylebone in April, will bring together dishes from her native Mexico cooked in an open-fire kitchen.

Street food such as Baja fish tacos might be followed by larger plates like chargrilled corn fed chicken, based around a selection of moles, the chilli and chocolate sauce that is the national dish of Mexico.

Now the dining room has been gutted and is currently undergoing a full revamp (inside and out). Expect a very different restaurant with an entirely new kitchen team and Graham more in the role of owner than chef and determined, we’re told, to make everything bigger and better – with a third Michelin star presumably part of that ambition.
