Employees drained a huge pond and used wire to build Nessie’s skeleton before a team added a skin and pallet loads of vegetables to bring her to life.The colourful statue is already causing waves among visitors and is already one of the most popular on the site.One visitor wrote: “Well done!
It is even cuter in person!”While another said: “We were wondering why the pond was drained. Now we see.” The statue was built just days after The Record revealed the latest "compelling" evidence that Nessie exists.
