A neighbour still fuming from a sleepless night penned a sarcastic note, that has since gone viral. The funny complaint to her young music-loving neighbours appeared to arrive the day after they hosted a party while their parents were away.

The letter, wrote as if they were the party host, was entitled Did I keep you up to 3am with my party? Before adding: This is not an apology.

It read: "Hello neighbour, I am not going to apologise for another party while my parents are away. “I’m not going to apologise for playing club music for eight hours straight so you couldn’t get to sleep.
