NASA is tracking five asteroids heading towards Earth's orbit this week. The space agency's Centre for Near Earth Objects is watching five space rocks closely.Over the next week, the asteroids are expected to come into close contact with Earth starting with two tomorrow.Asteroid (2016 AH164) and (2020 PF3) will approach Earth on Wednesday August 26 at 10.12am and 3.07pm.
The space rocks are quite small, with 2016 AH164 between 3.1m and 6.8m and 2020 PF3 between 19m and 42m. Fortunately, the same rocks will be relatively far away with AH164 to pass at a distance of 3,132,904 miles and PF3 a total of 1,465,044 miles from Earth.After Wednesday’s close encounters another asteroid will pass Earth on Thursday, August 27 at 3.15am.NASA has dubbed.
