the A level fiasco.My A-Level results were downgraded, and now I am in limbo. I lost out on all my potential university places, and by the time of the U-turn, the top institutions had already filled their vacancies through clearing.
So, I will be sitting my A-levels next year - but without any instruction because I’ve left school. We had to hand in our textbooks and learning materials.Doing it by myself is a herculean task and I can’t afford a tutor.
I’m strengthening my application in other ways: through work experience, writing articles and volunteering. I am now working full time for an MP, and renting a room in Telford.
