The prosecution team is seeking the death penalty for her crimes.Her barrister, Dennis Charles, disclosed on June 29 that Snyder could not afford her defence.Following this, The Morning Call revealed the court heard she had less than $400 (£319) in her bank account at the time of her arrest.Barrister Charles added Snyder's only asset was her car, a 2017 Ford Fusion that she bought by trading her grandfather's jeep.Prosecutors say the funds acquired from selling her car worth $23,000 (£18,316) should be used to fund her defence, before using taxpayer funds.The mum claims her children.
