The mum of Scotland's youngest coronavirus survivor broke down in tears today after receiving messages from NHS staff who saved her baby's life.
Peyton Maguire was born prematurely and was diagnosed with coronavirus at just three weeks old.When she was born, Peyton weighed a tiny 3lbs 5oz due to arriving eight weeks before her due date, after mum Tracy, 27, contracted pre-eclampsia.
Appearing on Good Morning Britain today, Peyton's dad AJ told host Lorraine Kelly that the experience was "mind-numbing" and that he "couldn't get his head around it".
