A mum has spoken about the moment a doctor told her that her beautiful baby boy had a condition that was 'generally incompatible with life.' Claire Edge, from Cheshire, had baby Dylan in 2009 and he was found be suffering with a chromosomal abnormality called Patau Syndrome.
He was also diagnosed with cerebral palsy at just six weeks old but he lived "a very full life" and "had a go at everything" before his death a month before his 10th birthday.
