Officers from Greater Manchester Police were patrolling in Sale when they saw a moped rider carefully watching the patrol car.
He was watched the car so intently that he failed to notice the car in front of him stop, and allegedly nearly crashed into the back of it.
When officers stopped the man, he claimed he'd done nothing wrong, before he allegedly failed a drug test. Police arrested the rider, and shared details of the incident on the GMP Traffic divison's Twitter account.
