Meghan Markle has revealed that she once tried to copy actor Andie MacDowell 's haircut - but ended up getting called 'Krusty the Clown' by her peers at school instead.
The 40-year-old spoke about her hair disaster, which had happened when she was a teenager, on Ellen Degeneres' daytime talk show.
It's understood that when she was around 13, Meghan tried to copy the actor by getting her haircut, idolising Andie's style after watching Four Weddings and a Funeral (1994).
The 63-year-old played Hugh Grant 's love interest in the film, written by Richard Curtis - which was nominated for several Oscars, BAFTAs and Golden Globes after its release.
