Prince Harry and Meghan Markle 's Sussex Royal foundation has allegedly been reported over suspected conflicts of interest, inappropriate use of funds and a lack of independence.
Monarchy abolition campaign group Republic announced on Monday it has reported both The Royal Foundation and Sussex Royal to the Charity Commission.
This follows reports that funds were transferred from one royal charity to another, and from both to a third organisation: Harry's ecotourism company Travalyst.
The Royal Foundation was jointly run by the Cambridges and Sussexes until Harry and Meghan left it last June, which resulted in a large payout to their own charity Sussex Royal.While Travalyst was part of the Sussex Royal foundation at the time of the transfer.
