Max Verstappen and Lewis Hamilton aren’t the best of friends, but they were united in shock and amusement after yet another Ferrari strategy blunder at the Hungarian Grand Prix.Charles Leclerc looked on course for victory midway through the race at the Hungaroring.

However, Ferrari opted to use the preferred medium tyres in the first two stints, meaning he had to use another compound for his third stint.Despite seeing other drivers struggle on the hard tyre, it was still the rubber Ferrari opted to fit – and the result was disastrous.

In cold conditions, Leclerc couldn’t get the tyres up to temperature, allowing Verstappen to overtake him. Having qualified second and third, Ferrari didn’t even get a car on the podium as Lewis Hamilton passed Carlos Sainz for third and then Russell for second before the end of the race. Is it time for heads to roll at Ferrari?
