This week, an unexpected moment came in the form of as medical emergency. During last night's rose ceremony, to Pieper, Kit, Magi, Rachael, Abigail, Chelsea, Jessenia, Katie and Serena C...but before he can finish handing out his roses, Matt noticed that contestant Sarah Trott wasn't looking too good while waiting in line and stopped the ceremony."I'm, like, seeing stars," Sarah tells Matt." I'm blacking out.
