Manchester United paid a touching tribute to NHS workers fighting coronavirus as the nation prepares to clap for our carers once again on Thursday night.
Old Trafford showed its support by altering the lights on the main club sign outside the ground to spell out 'NHS'. Other lights inside were lit up in blue to praise our healthcare system.
The gesture was warmly praised on social media, with many people sharing photographs of the sight on Twitter and Instagram. Match of the Day host Gary Lineker and former United captain Gary Neville applauded the club's move alongside thousands of fans.
