Sergio Aguero has resumed full training with Manchester City following his recovery from knee surgery. Aguero, City's all-time leading goalscorer, has not played since June 22.
The 32-year-old suffered a knee in a 5-0 win over Burnley, with the injury forcing him to undergo surgery. That ruled Aguero out of City's Champions League knockout ties against Real Madrid and Lyon, while he has also missed the start of this season.
But with the international break now for Aguero to get his fitness levels up, the forward could make the bench for City's Premier League clash at home to Arsenal on October 17.
Aguero's return will be a major boost for Guardiola, who has also lost Gabriel Jesus to injury in the early weeks of the season.
