Manchester Airport issues latest updates on flights and travel as terminal closes
manchestereveningnews.co.ukManchester Airport have issued a series of updates as they prepare to close one of their busy terminals once again this week.As the hub reaches what would be peak holiday season under usual circumstances, passenger numbers still remain low amid uncertainty around travel during the coronavirus pandemic.As a result, from Wednesday (September 2), flights will operate from two terminals instead of the usual three until further notice.Passengers are being advised to check with their airline to confirm which terminal their flight will depart from.The airport has revealed it will also welcome a brand new airline to its terminals this week, offering two new additional destinations.Airport bosses continue to advise travellers to check for the latest.
