Manchester United players have been told to prepare to resume training on May 18 where they could be made to clean their own kit and shower at home.
Premier League clubs are gearing up for a possible return to action on June 8 with fitness and match sharpness now top of the agenda after weeks of coronavirus lockdown.
Several teams, including Arsenal, Tottenham, and West Ham have already resumed training while others are making plans to do the same in the safest possible way.
In order to do so they must continue to undertake strict social distancing measures which will mean a change in protocol for most players on training bases.
