Sir Alex Ferguson apparently got one over Mino Raiola when the agent first came to him to discuss Paul Pogba leaving Manchester United.
According to a recent claim made by Antonio Cassano, Raiola went to speak to Ferguson when Pogba was still a teenager and had yet to make his Red Devils debut.
Pogba had been impressing in the academy, and was keen to break into the first team and play football at a higher level. Meanwhile, other big clubs had started taking an interest in Pogba, who's contract was winding down at United, and Raiola noticed a good opportunity to strike a deal.
He met with Ferguson to discuss the situation, allegedly demanding big money for his client. Get the latest news straight into your inbox!
