Manchester United look to have missed out on a deal for Jadon Sancho. Although the England winger was notably silent on his plans for the future after another second-place Bundesliga finish, his parent club were always keen to keep him for at least another full season.
That stance always threatened to make things difficult for the pursuit of Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, as did United’s decision to set a price limit well below the valuation of the player.
Daily Star Sport understands that the Red Devils told Dortmund that Sancho was not worth their £110m price tag, and it appears as though matters have now taken another turn for the worse.
