Man taken to hospital after 'altercation' outside pub

The incident happened outside The Rivington Grill pub, in Blackrod, on Saturday evening (April 24). One man went to hospital following the altercation.

No arrests have been made yet. A spokesman for Greater Manchester Police (GMP) said: "Police were called around 7pm to reports of an altercation between two small groups at a pub on Station Road in Blackrod.
