The body of a man has been found in a Glasgow cemetery sparking an investigation over the "unexplained" death. Officers from Police Scotland were called to the Riddrie Park Cemetery on Cumbernauld Road just after 6pm on Friday, May 8.
Cops have now launched a probe to find out what happened although the death is not being treated as suspicious. A spokesperson for Police Scotland said: " Police Scotland was made aware of the death of a man in Riddrie Park Cemetery just after 6pm, Friday, 8 May. "The death is currently being treated as unexplained, although there are no apparent suspicious circumstances."A report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal in due course."
