Kevin de Bruyne could be set to miss Sunday's Manchester derby after missing Manchester City's FA Cup victory over Sheffield Wednesday with a shoulder injury, according to manager Pep Guardiola.
The Belgian playmaker has been inn sublime form and would be a huge miss for City in a game they must win to have any hopes of overhauling Liverpool's huge lead to defend their Premier League title.
United will be out for revenge after Guardiola's side knocked them out of the Carabao Cup earlier in the season and City will be a less fearsome prospect should De Bruyne miss the clash.
Asked if he would be fit for the derby, the former Barcelona boss simply replied: "I don't know. "Kevin had a problem here [points to shoulder].
