Liverpool supporters have jumped at the possibility that Kevin de Bruyne could join their club. The Belgium international revealed he could leave Manchester City in the summer if their Champions League ban is upheld.
After breaching financial fair play regulations and the club were handed a two-year ban from all European competitions.
