Manchester City strolled to a simple 5-0 victory over Newcastle as veteran David Silva marked one of his final appearances at the Etihad Stadium with a goal.
Silva - who will depart City after 10 years at the club this summer - curled home a free-kick for his side's fourth goal on an evening when they totally dominated Steve Bruce's visitors.
Gabriel Jesus ended his recent goal drought when he slotted home after Silva's pass after just 10 minutes, before Kevin De Bruyne teed up Riyad Mahrez to make it 2-0.
A mix-up between Matt Ritchie and Federico Fernandez led to the latter putting through his own net to make it 3-0 just before the hour mark, with Silva soon curling in his free-kick for the fourth.
