Manchester City are currently appealing their two-year UEFA ban from European football and €30m (£26.7m) fine for "serious breaches" of Financial Fair Play (FFP) regulations at the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS).
The hearing is being carried out remotely via video conference because of the ongoing coronavirus pandemic and will end on Wednesday, with City hoping their appeal will be successful.
Currently, City would be excluded from Champions League football for the next two years and could find themselves losing key players as a result of not being able to offer them the chance to play in Europe's premier competition.
