Man arrested on suspicion of causing serious injury by dangerous driving after horror crash in Salford

manchestereveningnews.co.ukin Salford. The smash happened on Trafford Road near Salford Quays just after 9am on Thursday (September 10). An Audi A3 and a Renault Megane were involved in a collision near the junction with Phoebe Street in Ordsall, police said.
The driver of the Megane, a man in his 40s, was taken to hospital, where he remains in serious condition.The driver in the A3, who is in his 20s, was also taken to hospital.
