A man involved in a petrol station ‘dispute’ while carrying a meat cleaver and nearly 100 packets of drugs has been arrested.
The dispute at the garage in Northenden took place in the early hours of Sunday morning, police said. Initially, the man fled the scene but was apprehended by officers from Greater Manchester Police’s Wythenshawe division. A photo shared online by the division showed a large bag of green material alongside the cleaver — and 92 packages of a white substance.
