supermarkets in Scotland have revealed their festive opening hours ahead of what is bound to be a busy Christmas for shop staff this year.
A number of shops will be extending opening and closing times for longer than ever before this year as bosses try to spread out crowds effectively during the coronavirus pandemic.
This means that Scots will have more time to get essential items, such as turkey crowns and pigs in blankets, in time for December 25.
Hogmanay celebrations will be a little subdued this year as restrictions on gatherings look set to remain in place for the foreseeable future.
