The renewed Sparks loyalty programme now includes 11 million customers across the UK and is available via the M&S app, offering shoppers instant rewards, a wider selection of charities to support and more tailored personal offers.
The popular high street retailer spent nine months redesigning the loyalty scheme after feedback from members found the points-based rewards promotions confusing.
And now the retailing giant has revealed how over the past year, they have given away five million free treats to customers and donated over £1.34 million to charity, while 57,000 customers have won their shopping for free.
