The former Coronation Street actor had been keeping the new property a secret from Lucy for months, but finally surprised her with the exciting news on Friday.
Along with Ryan’s daughter Scarlett, the couple headed on a road trip to Cheshire where the beautiful Edwardian home is located.
Filming their car journey, Lucy explained: ‘The only person crazy enough to buy a house without showing his fiancee first. We are on our way to pick up the keys to our new Manchester home.
