The former TOWIE star, 29, welcomed her son with fiancé Ryan Thomas last March and the couple have gone from strength-to-strength as new parents ever since.
And the reality TV and fitness guru has also shed some light on her breastfeeding journey, which she is feeling extremely proud of.
Taking to her Instagram feed on Wednesday, Lucy lifted the lid on the struggles of breastfeeding and how her journey was affected by CMPA - an allergy babies can have to the protein in cow's milk.
