The former Corrie star and fiancé Lucy live in Essex with their 11-month-old son called Roman, while Scarlett is based in Manchester with her mum Tina O'Brien.
In Ryan's latest Mancs On The Mic podcast he spoke about what he wants for his future and said he would love to live in a warmer country.
Talking to his brothers Scott and Adam, Ryan, 36, said: "What it comes down to is the weather. The weather changes everything, if it's not nice weather you stay indoors.
