Coleen's older sisters Linda, 61, and Anne, 69 - who formed part of The Nolan Sisters - were diagnosed with cancer within days of each other.
Addressing the news on todays show, presenter Andrea McLean spoke directly to the Nolan sisters as they watched the show from home. "We want to send a really special message to our Coleen and her family," Andrea said.
