Liverpool are refusing to budge on their £20million valuation for Wales winger Harry Wilson. Aston Villa are leading the chase for Wilson with Liverpool ready to cash in on him and Leeds, Newcastle, Crystal Palace and Southampton have also shown interest.
No club are prepared to meet Liverpool’s £20million asking price and both Villa and Leeds have baulked at their valuation. Villa may be prepared to go as high as £12million and they are waiting to see if the Reds blink first.
However Liverpool are just as determined that Wilson will not leave on the cheap and will keep him if they do not receive an acceptable offer.
