Latest figures show rise in coronavirus cases in East Kilbride and Avondale

However, case numbers in East Kilbride and Avondale jumped from 169 in week beginning October 26 to 255 last week - an increase of more than 50 per cent in a week.
Rutherglen and Cambuslang also saw a slight increase in COVID cases to 207 last week, up from 201 the week before but numbers in Clydesdale fell below 100 for the first time since the start of October to.
