Justin Drew Bieber (born March 1, 1994) is a Canadian singer, songwriter and actor. Encountered at 13 years old by talent manager Scooter Braun after he had watched the boy's YouTube cover song videos, Bieber was signed to RBMG Records in 2008. Bieber's debut EP, My World, released in late 2009, made Bieber the first artist to have seven songs from a debut record chart on the Billboard Hot 100.

The company estimates that almost 900,000 cars will be due for their MOT during April and each of these drivers will be able to save up to £39 on their test, based on the maximum UK Government test fee of £58.75.
The offer could save drivers money and even allow them to book their MOT up to eight months in advance. Many garages do not charge the maximum fee permitted, but even so, drivers should consider whether they will be better off financially getting their car.
