Now, it looks like she wrote him another note that simply stated “I love you,” on the front. Travis posted a photo of the note to his Instagram Story, and you can see it embedded above. Travis shares his son Landon, 17, and daughter Alabama, 15, with ex-wife Shanna Moakler. Kourtney and ex Scott Disick share three kids – Mason, 11, Penelope, 8, and Reign, 6.
