Quentin Jerome Tarantino (born March 27, 1963) is an American filmmaker, actor, film programmer, and cinema owner.

Barker later gave more insight into the meaning behind the tattoo. The message actually comes from the 1993 film, the screenplay of which was written by Quentin Tarantino.
