Hair professionals at Longevita claim the 41-year-old royal eats oats first thing, which are high in protein, carbohydrates and fibre, the Mirror reports.
She then follows this with a breakfast smoothie packed with nutritious ingredients such as spirulina, spinach and kale. They contain plenty of protein, as well as naturally healthy vitamins.
If she feels peckish during the day, Kate will occasionally eat a bowl of porridge, and a few of her other favourite snacks include goji berries, raw fruits and vegetables too.
