The Good Morning Britain co-anchor, 53, looked relaxed as she stood outside her home filming her neighbours who were taking part.
Rocking a pair of denim shorts and an oversized hoodie, the I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here campmate looked in high spirits as her neighbours set off flares in support of carers.
In an emotional statement, she said: "The neighbours turned into 'red arrows' tonight for #clapthecarers #nhs & #keyworkers.
