The Good Morning Britain presenter, 53, came face-to-face with the NHS workers that first treated her husband - who remains in intensive care - when he caught coronavirus in March.
Kate and co-host Ben Shephard interviewed members of the ICU Liberty Singers - a 115-strong group of intensive care staff - who sang a cover of The Police's Every Breath You Take.
She got the opportunity to thank the nurses who looked after her husband for the first time, as the journalist received information from other staff at the time.
