The Good Morning Britain host said she was forced to contact Sky via Twitter as a last resort after spending 'three days' trying to get hold of them on the phone.
Kate and her children Darcey and William are facing their first Christmas without husband Derek Draper, as he remains in hospital following his battle with Covid-19.
Taking to social media amid their struggle, Kate tweeted: "Hi @skytv - I really hate to do this but can’t get through to anyone on phone for last 3 days- am sure you are frantic - but please can someone get in touch. "We have no tv or WiFi for kids & me not having that in isolation
