Online that she absolutely never weighs herself as she would soon become obsessed with the number on the scale if she did. Sitting in a bright room filled with stunning coral and blue-coloured gym clothes, Kate, who married former professional footballer Rio back in September 2019, said: "I don’t weigh myself, never.
I used to weigh myself when I was younger, but now I don’t." The former TOWIE star explained that she recently took a trip to the GP, where they asked her to step on the scale.
