The 28 year old is currently holed up with husband Rio, 41, and his three children Lorenz, 13, Tate, 11, and eight year old Tia.
But the former The Only Way Is Essex star has now candidly opened up on the emotions she has felt during her time in quarantine on social media.
She partook in a question and answer session on her Instagram page, when one of the blonde beauty's 1.3million followers asked for tips on how to deal with anxiety, adding she's "REALLY suffering with all this going on and the children being home." Kate offered her advice, writing back: "Most importantly I hope your ok [sic]" alongside.
